About Sally
“I Know what it’s like when an injury changes what you thought your body could do”
That that experience shaped my path and gave me a deep understanding of how frustrating, challenging and isolating persistent pain can be.
It’s why I do what I do today.
My story
Sally will assess you first and recommend the most appropriate approach.
A love of Sport
Sport and fitness have always been a part of my life. I love the challenge, the discipline and the freedom it gave me.
Then came injury
At 19 years old a serious injury ended my plans for a career in the RAF. It was a turning point- and the start of a new direction.
A change in direction
I trained as a personal trainer, then discovered sports massage and osteopathy. I was fascinated by how the body works- and how it can heal.
Always learning
I pursued a BSc (Hons) osteopathy degree and continued my training neurokinetic therapy and neurological integration systems.
Helping you thrive
My goal is to reduce your pain and get you back to what matters. By treating the whole person your history, movement and nervous system — we create lasting change.

How I work
- I listened carefully and take time to understand your full story.
- I investigate the bigger picture, not just the painful area.
- I use a combination of skilled hands- on treatment and advanced assessment approaches.
- I involve you in your care and explain everything in plain language.
- I focus on long term results, not just short- term relief.
